High-Vacuum Compatible Sample Positioning Stages

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a vendor to provide high-vacuum compatible sample positioning stages. The solicitation includes several line items, such as a large aperture high-vacuum compatible rotary stage, motion controller, power supply, and software. The vendor must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation for each line item. The quotation should include technical capability, past performance, and price information. The Government intends to award a single purchase order based on best value, considering both price and non-price factors. • The vendor must provide documentation of the vacuum procedures and commercial greases for NIST approval prior to manufacture. • The vendor must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation for each line item. • The vendor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission and throughout the performance of the contract. • The vendor must provide past performance information, including contract numbers, client names and addresses, total contract values, and periods of performance.
