Handyman Services for the North Avenue Coop Water Infrastructure Project

The North Avenue Coop is seeking a qualified handyman or general contractor to provide supplementary services for their water infrastructure project. The primary goal is to complete work that falls outside the scope of the water and sewer infrastructure construction team, but may have occurred as a result of construction. The selected vendor will be responsible for tasks such as fixture and structural restoration, relocation of yard items, minor in-unit fixes to plumbing, electrical, HVAC issues, and carpentry issues. The vendor should expect to work in a residential mobile home community and should be able to park with the construction crew at the south end of the community. The vendor should also be able to direct residents to speak with the Community Liaison if approached. * Key tasks include: • Fixture and structural restoration • Relocation of yard items • Minor in-unit fixes to plumbing, electrical, HVAC issues • Carpentry issues • Other tasks as needed
