Environmental and Engineering Design Services for the State Route 60/Euclid Avenue Interchange Phased Improvements Project

The City of Ontario is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide environmental and engineering design services for the State Route 60/Euclid Avenue Interchange Phased Improvements Project. The project includes adding northbound dual left turn lanes at the westbound ramps and southbound dual left turn lanes at the eastbound ramps. The project will be executed in two phases, which will be initiated concurrently. The selected firm will be responsible for providing environmental and engineering design services, including preparing plans, specifications, and engineer's estimates, obtaining a Caltrans encroachment permit, and providing construction support. • The project is funded by the SBCTA Measure I San Bernardino Valley Freeway Interchange Phasing Program and the City's Development Impact Fee (DIF) Program. • The City reserves the right to reject all proposals or select a proposer based on the evaluation criteria. • The selected firm will be required to demonstrate relevant experience and technical capability to deliver the project. • The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and the successful proposer must comply with all labor code provisions.
