Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure AC Units on a sole source basis from Snowbird Technologies, Inc. The requirement is for 4 units of 24KBTU, 208/240V, 3-phase 50/60 Hz thermostat, supply and return louvers. The contractor must provide documentation from the original equipment manufacturer verifying that they are an authorized reseller/distributor of the service/product(s) offered. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• The contract is for a firm fixed price basis.
• The contractor must deliver the AC Units to NSWC Dahlgren, VA 22485.
• The contractor must provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty with its offer.
• The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13).
• The contract includes clauses related to data rights, ordering, and payment instructions.
