Description
The State of Colorado’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking information on gift card issuance platforms to enhance user engagement for feedback initiatives across various state agencies and divisions. The platform should be able to standardize and streamline the issuance of incentives for user feedback, increase user engagement and participation, reduce administrative burden, and provide comprehensive tracking and reporting for financial reconciliation and IRS compliance. The scope of work includes account management, customizable messaging, flexible redemption options, recipient information management, delivery mechanisms, re-issuance capabilities, tax form collection and distribution, financial management and billing flexibility, and reporting and analytics.
