Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide annual maintenance and support for their Ciena Packet-Optical and Packet Networking Platforms. The platforms include 6500 Core Nodes, 5171 & 5160 Service Aggregation Switches, 3926 Service Delivery Switches, and Oracle Communications Network Management System Servers. The contractor will be responsible for providing replacement hardware, software upgrades, and 24x7x365 phone support.
