Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services 2026-2028

The Town of New Milford is soliciting competitive bids from qualified firms for dry cleaning and laundry services for the New Milford Police Department. The successful bidder will provide dry cleaning and laundry services for the duty clothing of Police Department members. The services will include dry cleaning, laundering, and tailoring of various types of garments. The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option to extend for an additional year. The bidder must have all required permits, certifications, and licenses for providing dry cleaning services in the State of Connecticut. • The bidder must submit unit prices per item as requested via the Town’s e-Procurement Portal. • The bidder must provide documentation and invoices to the Town that clearly demonstrate the work completed. • The bidder must follow all applicable Federal, State, OSHA, and Local safety standards for performing the work. • The bidder must have insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Workers’ Compensation.
