The Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board’s Stores Division is seeking a qualified supplier to design, print, and deliver non‑adhesive specialty tags (bin strips and shelf tags) for its 165 ABC Select Spirits retail locations. The contract is awarded on an all‑or‑none basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a 12‑month base period and up to four one‑year extensions at the same price and terms. Suppliers must provide labeled physical samples at no cost before the bid opening and submit unit‑price quotations for each tag line (lines 9 & 10 quoted as “0.00”). Deliveries are made directly to each store as specified on purchase orders, with strict two‑week lead times for monthly depletion‑allowance updates and three‑times‑yearly price‑change cycles. The State does not guarantee minimum purchase quantities; orders will be placed as needed. Price escalations are limited to CPI and must be documented and mutually approved.
