IFB C5WMS25 Wireless Mobility Services

The California Department of Technology is seeking bids for the provision of Wireless Mobility Services, including cellular business voice and data services, satellite mobility voice and data services, and fixed wireless access services. The contractor will be responsible for providing technical and business resources to the CALNET Program and to the Customers, as well as ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract will be managed on a day-to-day basis by the CALNET Program. • The contractor must comply with the Requirements defined in the IFB and subsequent Service Requests. • The contractor must ensure that Key Personnel are in place and resources are available for Contract Conversion and/or upon receipt of first Service Request for IFB Services. • The contractor must provide a Contractor Program Manager (CPM) that will be available to the CALNET Program throughout the Contract Term. • The contractor must ensure that the Contractor's staff, including Subcontractors and affiliates, are trained on Contract Services and are knowledgeable on Contract terms and conditions. • The contractor must provide technical and business resources to the CALNET Program and to the Customers for information on pricing, Features, and Feature interactions/restrictions.
