Description
The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking bids for the Superintendent House Interior and Exterior Repairs project at the Wyoming Life Resource Center. The project involves replacement of flooring, gas fireplace, and bathroom renovation, as well as exterior repairs including replacement of back porch awning, roof, soffit, facia, gutters, and chimney repair. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026. Bidders must submit their bids through the Public Purchase online bidding system by July 23, 2026.
• The project requires a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid for projects valued at $150,000 or more.
• The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid.
• The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Wyoming Prevailing Wage Act.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and register with the Secretary of State and the Department of Workforce Services.
