Well Installation and Well Abandonment (WIIN-12_W&WA)

This solicitation seeks contractors to perform well installation and well abandonment services for the Virginia Department of Health at a rural site in Dry Fork, VA. The work includes drilling new water wells, completing required testing and certification, and safely decommissioning and abandoning existing wells in compliance with state regulations. Contractors must have experience with groundwater systems, possess appropriate licensing, and be able to mobilize equipment and personnel to the remote location. • Install new water wells (drilling, casing, development, testing). • Properly abandon and seal existing wells according to environmental standards. • Provide all required documentation, permits, and post‑construction reports. • Ensure compliance with Virginia health and environmental codes throughout the project.
