The U.S. Army at Fort Bliss, Texas is seeking a small‑business vendor to provide a full‑service lease of approximately 2,906 commercial laundry appliances (1,524 top‑load washers, 1,310 dryers, and 72 combo units) together with installation, preventive maintenance, repair, relocation, and end‑of‑contract removal. The contract is structured as a Firm‑Fixed‑Price IDIQ with a base year plus four one‑year options and a 30‑day phase‑out period. Pricing is submitted on a monthly per‑unit basis; the award will go to the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable proposals. The effort requires a vendor capable of delivering, installing, and servicing equipment across numerous Fort Bliss facilities and out‑lying training sites, meeting 24‑48 hour repair response times, and providing extensive reporting (weekly DMO logs, monthly invoices, quarterly inventory and maintenance reports).
