The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, intends to award a sole source contract to Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) for a Priority Care Service Agreement for the BD LSRFortessa 4-Laser BRVUV Flow Cytometer located at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. The proposed contract is for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source based on the justification that BD is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole authorized provider of the Priority Care Service Agreement for this equipment. • The contract is for a Priority Care Service Agreement for the BD LSRFortessa 4-Laser BRVUV Flow Cytometer. • The contract is for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods. • The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD). • Interested parties who believe they can provide these services are invited to submit a capabilities statement to the Contracting Officer.
