Wheelchairs, custom seating, seating systems, replacement parts, accessories and repair services

The Ellisville State School is seeking a vendor to provide wheelchairs, custom seating, seating systems, replacement parts, accessories, and repair services for persons served at both Ellisville State School and South Mississippi Regional Center. The vendor will be required to provide delivery and setup of wheelchairs, seating, and accessories, as well as technical assistance to the agency's therapy staff. The vendor will also be responsible for providing loaner chairs, warranties, and repairs. The contract is for a one-year period, with the option to renew for up to four successive one-year periods. • The vendor must have prior experience providing similar services for at least five years. • The vendor must provide a list of at least three trade references. • The vendor must maintain insurance, including workers' compensation, comprehensive general liability, and employee dishonesty bond. • The vendor must comply with all state and agency policies, procedures, ordinances, and laws. • The vendor must provide services during normal business hours (8am to 4:30pm). • The vendor must include labor for repairs only for the South Mississippi Regional Center.
