Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR): New Georgetown County Emergency Services Building

The County of Georgetown, South Carolina, is soliciting qualifications statements for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to oversee the construction of a new Emergency Services Building, including an Emergency Operations Center and 911 Communications Center. The CMAR will be responsible for pre-construction, construction, and project closeout/warranty. Key personnel, methodology, experience, and local/DBE experience will be evaluated as part of the selection process.
