Crucial Conversations Training

The Florida Department of Health is seeking a contractor to provide Crucial Conversations training for its frontline staff. The training will consist of a series of one three-day consecutive in-person training sessions, with three sessions per day, for a maximum of 324 frontline employees. The contractor will provide Crucial Conversations for Dialogue learner licenses, which include a copy of the Crucial Conversations for Dialogue book and a Crucial Conversations for Dialogue workbook for each participant. The contractor must have a master trainer certified by Crucial Learning to deliver the Crucial Conversations for Dialogue training. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing series of one three-day consecutive in-person training sessions • Providing Crucial Conversations for Dialogue learner licenses • Conducting one meeting with the Department to determine logistical information and schedules • Providing ship workbooks and any session material or handouts to the Department • E-mailing a digital certificate of completion in PDF format to the Contract Manager for each attendee • Completing and submitting deliverables in the time and manner specified
