Description
The National Park Service seeks a qualified contractor to repair, upgrade, and commission the HVAC system serving the Arlington House Bunker at Arlington National Cemetery. The scope includes replacing variable frequency drives, repairing chilled‑water piping and valves, testing and repairing R‑410A refrigerant leaks, replacing the circulating pump, restoring the water‑treatment system, updating Metasys building‑automation controls, full system start‑up and commissioning, environmentally‑compliant disposal of all removed materials, and delivery of comprehensive documentation (assessment report, commissioning report, control manuals, as‑built drawings). Work must be completed within 122 calendar days after award, with a final completion date no later than December 30 2026.
