Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is seeking bids for the procurement of 80 Viewsonic monitors and 80 Thunderbolt cables, along with a warranty on parts. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the products by December 30, 2025. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the MHBE reserves the right to cancel the IFB, accept or reject any and all bids, and waive or permit cure of minor irregularities.
• The contract is for a one-time purchase with delivery by December 30, 2025.
• The successful bidder must be an authorized reseller of View Sonic and provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer.
• The contract includes requirements for invoicing, payment, and warranty.
• The MHBE has the right to inspect and test the products before accepting them.
• The contractor must provide support for the duration of the service.
