Description
The Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization is seeking a qualified vendor to design, supply, install, and commission an integrated audio‑visual solution across multiple conference rooms and office suites. The scope includes video‑conferencing cameras, a variety of monitors (75‑in., 65‑in., and 55‑in.), ceiling‑mounted microphones and speakers, optional touch‑panel schedulers, wireless presentation adapters, and associated cabling and mounting hardware. The vendor must produce a full AV design package, ensure Wi‑Fi connectivity where preferred, support Zoom and Google Meet platforms, and deliver training and warranty documentation.
• Provide 12 video‑conferencing cameras and 12 monitors (including seven new 55‑in. office units).
• Install ceiling‑mounted microphones and speakers with Wi‑Fi capability.
• Offer optional scheduler touch‑panels, ceiling‑mounted TV, and media player as add‑ons.
• Deliver complete design, installation, testing, user training, and post‑installation support, complying with prevailing‑wage requirements.
