Description
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking emergency management specialists and continuity of operations (COOP) support services to update its COOP plan and program. The selected contractor will provide a team of experts, including a project manager and four COOP subject matter experts, to work on this project. The team will be responsible for updating the USPTO's COOP plan to ensure compliance with recently updated Federal Continuity Directives. The project is expected to last for one year, and the majority of the work can be completed remotely, with occasional onsite meetings. The contractor will be required to provide a tailored capability statement, information about their firm's ability to meet the requirement, and past performance information.
