Description
The Billings Area Indian Health Services (BAIHS) is seeking to identify vendors capable of providing contractual services for Nephrology Providers. The period of performance is expected to be for a base period of twelve months with four twelve-month options. The contractor shall provide Board Certified/Board Eligible Nephrology Physician Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contractor must demonstrate their capability, experience, and ability to provide services.
• The contractor must meet the definition for Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and demonstrate how they will receive at least 51% of the earnings from the awarded contract.
• The contractor must demonstrate how they will conduct management and daily operations to be controlled by one or more individuals who are Indians.
