Description
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) is seeking bids for helicopter rental services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide helicopter rental services to LDWF. The bid must include all applicable taxes and be firm for the contractual period.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• The bidder must be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit an online bid.
• The bidder must provide all required documents, including a signed bid form and a price sheet.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights and accessibility.
• The contract may be terminated by the State of Louisiana for convenience or cause.
