Janitorial Cleaning Services

The State of Hawaii Department of Health's Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division is seeking a private janitorial cleaning service for the East Hawaii Family Guidance Center. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing janitorial cleaning services for a period of 156 days. The services will include cleaning of the facility, restocking of supplies, and other related tasks. • The vendor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The vendor must have experience in providing janitorial cleaning services. • The vendor must be able to comply with all applicable state and federal statutes. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of compliance through the Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) system or via paper documentation. • The vendor must be able to pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award amount, not to exceed $5,000.
