Instructional Supplies, Materials and Equipment

The Aldine Independent School District is seeking proposals for instructional supplies, materials, and equipment. The district is looking for vendors to provide a wide range of products, including science, art, audio/visual, books, instructional software, classroom equipment/supplies, maps/globes, library media, athletics/PE, medical, vocational, math, language arts, economics, testing materials, music, and office supplies. Vendors must submit a completed attachment packet, notification of award, and form W-9 to be considered for the approved vendor list. The district requires three references and asks vendors to provide a brief description of their products and services. • The proposal includes a terms and conditions acknowledgement, which vendors must read and understand before submitting their bid. • Vendors must provide a company website and list any exclusions, exceptions, or special conditions. • The district will review and evaluate bids every two weeks, and vendors who have not fully submitted their documents by Thursday at 12:00 PM will lose their bid progress. • The district is part of a purchasing cooperative, and vendors who are already part of the cooperative do not need to submit a bid.
