Elevator, Inspection. Maintenance and Repair Services

The City of West Palm Beach is seeking proposals from licensed, qualified, and responsible contractors to provide elevator inspection, maintenance, and repair services. The scope of work includes providing these services for the City, the East Central Regional Wastewater Facilities Operations Board, and the Community Redevelopment Agency. • The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing elevators in various City facilities, including City Hall and parking facilities. • A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for April 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM, starting at the lobby of City Hall. • Proposals must be submitted by April 30, 2026. • The City encourages all potential proposers to attend the site visit and submit questions and proposals accordingly.
