Description
The City of Trenton is seeking proposals from qualified law firms and attorneys to provide professional legal services for in rem tax foreclosures, evictions, ejectment actions, and related real estate litigation. The successful respondent will provide legal representation and services necessary to initiate and prosecute foreclosure proceedings, evictions, and ejectment actions. The contract term will be for a period of one year, commencing on the date of award. The scope of services includes tax foreclosures, evictions, ejectment actions, and related real estate litigation.
