On-Call Roof Repairs, Replacement and Maintenance Service for City Facilities

The City of Gaithersburg is seeking a qualified contractor to provide professional roof maintenance, repair, retrofit, replacement services, as well as waterproofing planters, decks, plazas, canopies, patios, and all other associated roof services on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to provide such services. The contract will be a Time and Materials (T&M) term contract. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing roof maintenance, repair, retrofit, and replacement services • Waterproofing planters, decks, plazas, canopies, patios, and other associated roof services • Providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment • Working on an as-needed basis • Participating in an optional pre-submission meeting The City of Gaithersburg is looking for a qualified contractor to provide these services, and the contract will be awarded based on the proposals received.
