Description
The opportunity is for Commissioning services for five distinct HVAC and BAS Upgrade projects on the NC Central University campus. The projects include upgrades to the School of Education, Turner Law, Walker Complex, Mary Townes & BRITE - Phase 1, and Mary Townes & BRITE - Phase II. The selected firm will provide standard Commissioning scope of services, as well as review of DD and CD design packages and CA submittals for technical strength and conformance with Campus Design Guidelines. The firm must be licensed in the State of North Carolina to provide architectural or engineering services.
The key aspects of the job include:
• Providing Commissioning services for five HVAC and BAS Upgrade projects
• Reviewing DD and CD design packages and CA submittals for technical strength and conformance with Campus Design Guidelines
• Being licensed in the State of North Carolina to provide architectural or engineering services
• Submitting Letters of Interest and SF-330 Parts I and II
• Participating in 45-minute virtual interviews on 4/23/2026
