IFB 10215173 Light and Heavy Equipment Rental Services

The Department of Water Resources is seeking bids for Light and Heavy Equipment Rental Services. The contractor will provide equipment rental services on an as-needed basis. The contractor must have an equipment facility located within 45 miles of the Oroville Field Division's Operation and Maintenance Center and have equipment available within 24 hours. The contract term is anticipated to be three years. • The contractor must comply with the State's General Terms and Conditions and Contractor Certification Clauses. • The contractor must maintain a Certificate of Compliance with the California Air Resource Board throughout the term of the contract. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and permits. • The contractor must comply with the DVBE program requirements. • The contractor must provide a bid sheet, bidder certification sheet, and other required documents. • The contractor must attend a bid opening, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The contractor must comply with the State's payment terms and conditions. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and comply with the State's insurance requirements. • The contractor must comply with the State's auditing and record-keeping requirements.
