Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking bids for the provision of a Cleveland Range Model No. PDL3 Direct Pressure Steamer for the Lubbock State Supported Living Center. The steamer should have the following specifications: direct steam, 3 compartments, (8) 12in x 20in x 2 1/2in deep pan capacity each, individual automatic timers, designed for 5 psi direct steam, pressure regulating valve, cast aluminum doors, stainless steel frame, (4) 6in adjustable legs with flanged feet, 115v/60/1 ph. The contract will be for delivery only, with no installation required, as the kitchen has an external steam source for the kettle.
• The contract term may include renewal or extension periods.
• The bidder must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation.
• The bidder must comply with the standards of conduct for vendors, which include implementing standards of conduct to apply to all matters involving or related to the solicitation and contract.
• The bidder must disclose interested parties, if applicable, by submitting a Form 1295, Certificate of Interested Parties, prior to contract award.
