CAPSA Carts and other items

The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking to purchase CAPSA carts and related items. Vendors who believe they can provide this product or equivalent are invited to contact Bruno Zambonino at the SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital's Purchasing Department. The contract term is 1 year, and the successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms. • The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. • Vendors must provide supporting documentation, software, transportation, set-up, removal, and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial if asked to do so. • The procurement has a Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal of 14% and a Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal of 16%. • The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal is 6%.
