WCF Towels/Wipes Rental & Laundering

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking a contractor to provide weekly rental and laundering services of cloth wipes and towels at the Western Currency Facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The contractor will be required to provide a variety of towels, including white bath towels, blue towels, red towels, and white virgin towels, as well as gondolas and plastic drums. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. The contractor must comply with various regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety. • The contractor must provide a technical approach that demonstrates a clear understanding of the requirements and objectives of the contract. • The contractor must provide product samples, including plate printing rags, roller recovery rags, and offset rags. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection, worker safety, and equal employment opportunity. • The contractor must provide a pricing proposal that includes all costs associated with the contract, including labor, materials, and equipment. • The contractor must provide a plan for delivering and picking up laundry, including the use of gondolas and plastic drums. • The contractor must comply with all security requirements, including those related to access to the facility and handling of sensitive materials.
