Description
Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed real estate brokerage firms or individuals to provide Real Estate Brokerage Services for selected County-owned properties that are available to sell. The successful firm or individual will be required to develop strategies for sale of designated properties, develop marketing materials, participate in site tours, analyze offers, and consult with County Management and County Council on potential sales. The contract period will be for a ninety (90) day period, with the option to renew for two additional ninety (90) day terms upon satisfactory performance.
• The successful firm or individual must be licensed and in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to sell real estate.
• The firm or individual should have an excellent reputation in the real estate community and be knowledgeable in the regional real estate market.
• The proposal should include the firm's or individual's commission rate for listing and selling properties, as well as any other costs the County may anticipate relating to the real estate services to be provided.
• The contract may be renewed for two additional ninety (90) day terms upon satisfactory performance by the firm or individual.
