RFP# RAD-26-01 PUBLIC AND INDIAN HOUSING CENTER (PIC) SERVICES

The San Diego Housing Commission is seeking a contractor to perform weekly Inventory Management System – Public and Indian Housing Information Center (IMS-PIC) submissions, continuous error resolution, and report monitoring for the agency’s Rental Assistance Division (RAD) programs. The contractor will be responsible for generating MTW and traditional MTCS files, reviewing and correcting errors, and submitting validated files to PIC via the HUD Secure Systems portal. The contractor will also provide guidance to Commission staff on how to correct file issues and reprocess records. • The contractor will work closely with the Commission’s QA team to gain an overview of the rental assistance programs and current methods for identifying, reviewing, and remedying 50058 errors prior to PIC transmission. • The contractor will be introduced to current procedures for maintaining and monitoring EIV reports to ensure compliance and data integrity. • The contractor will prepare and submit a monthly status report to the Senior Programs Analyst and Director of Quality Assurance. • The contractor will meet with the QA staff, Senior Programs Analyst, and/or Director monthly to review the data in the monthly status report and identify areas requiring further attention or adjustment.
