California DMV is seeking a certified small business to provide comprehensive after‑hours janitorial services for its Redwood City field office. The contractor will be responsible for nightly cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, supply replenishment, and periodic deep‑clean tasks, all performed outside normal DMV business hours for a 36‑month contract period. The work includes detailed reporting, worker identification, and compliance with state wage, benefit, and labor regulations.
• Daily disinfection of high‑touch surfaces, restroom and lobby cleaning, trash handling, and security checks.
• Weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual deep‑clean tasks such as floor polishing, carpet extraction, and window washing.
• Mandatory pre‑bid conference attendance, strict submission via email, and adherence to wage‑benefit, insurance, and DVBE requirements.
