Managed Care, PPO, and PBM Networks for Workers Compensation Services

The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide managed care, PPO, and PBM networks for workers' compensation services. The contract period will be from the date of the fully executed resulting agreement through June 30, 2029, with up to two one-year renewal periods. The services include providing a PPO network of medical providers for treatment of work-related injuries, a PBM network, and case management for the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission Self-Insurance Plan. * The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the state. * The offeror must provide a fee proposal and certify that their prices have been arrived at independently without collusion. * The offeror must also provide proof of lawful presence in the United States and comply with all applicable state and federal laws. * The contract will include provisions for indemnification, insurance, and audit of records. * The offeror must maintain all working papers and records relating to the agreement and make them available to the state upon request. * The state reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason whatsoever.
