Description
The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide statewide distribution services for printed brochures promoting African American heritage in Texas. The purpose of this solicitation is to engage a vendor capable of stocking, monitoring, and replenishing literature in display racks located at businesses and visitor-serving locations across Texas. These brochures are designed to increase awareness and visitation to sites listed in the brochures.
• The project scope shall be completed within 90 days of the award.
• The Contract may be extended by the parties only by written agreement or a signed change order for one (1) year with two one-year extensions.
• The awarded vendor must meet IFB criteria listed in Section II, 2.6 Bid Requirements and 2.12 Past Performance.
• Services shall include, but are not limited to, the requirements contained in this IFB.
• Reporting and Deliverables are estimated to take place between December 5, 2025, and August 31, 2026.
