Description
The City of Huntsville is accepting competitive sealed bids for water and wastewater fitting & supplies to be used in City water and wastewater projects. The intent of the City is to establish an annual fixed price per each item for the periodic purchase of water and wastewater supplies in accordance with the no-lead brass fitting AWWA regulations.
• The contract term is for one year with the option to renew for an additional year.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• Bidders must submit their bids on the prescribed form and must be received by the City no later than November 19, 2025, at 2:00 P.M.
• The City will evaluate bids based on price, quality of item, location of responder, safety record of responder, past relationship with responder, and other relevant criteria.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a warranty for all items/services and must conform to the proposed specifications.
• The City is exempt from Federal Excise, State Sales, and Transportation Taxes.
