Third Party Partner - Employee First Program - FFY27 - RFP

The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking vendors to provide employment and training services to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) clients. The goal is to reimburse vendors up to 50% for employment and training activities provided to SNAP clients. Vendors should have experience providing similar services and demonstrate outcomes that lead to employment in key industries. The contract term is expected to start on October 1, 2026, and may be renewed for three additional one-year periods. • The vendor should have experience providing employment and training services to SNAP clients. • The vendor should demonstrate outcomes that lead to employment in key industries. • The vendor should be able to provide services statewide, but may apply based on specific service areas. • The vendor should have sufficient funds and demonstrated outcomes to operate employment and training services.
