RFI - OCAS Sovereign Robotics & Autonomous Systems Warehouse

The General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research to identify commercial providers of Sovereign Autonomous Systems that are fully compliant with the American Security Robotics Act (ASRA) of 2026 and FAR 52.240-1. The primary objectives of this RFI are to gauge industry's current capabilities and maturity in providing ASRA-compliant sovereign autonomous systems, understand best practices for ensuring hardware root of trust and data sovereignty, identify potential vendors capable of supporting a centralized 'Warehouse' model for federal agencies, and inform GSA's acquisition strategy for future solicitations related to these systems. • The RFI is seeking information on systems that meet specific "Sovereign" criteria, including ASRA compliance, hardware root of trust, data sovereignty, and NDAA Section 848/Blue UAS alignment. • Interested parties are requested to submit a Capability Statement addressing supply chain origin, operational security, scalability, and past performance. • The Capability Statement should not exceed 10 pages and should be submitted in PDF format via email to [email protected].
