Description
This City of Cincinnati solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide temporary staffing services across a range of health‑related functions. The contract will cover the provision of medical laboratory technicians (three skill levels), chemists, pool/mosquito water‑sample collectors, pretreatment specialists, registered pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians on an as‑needed basis throughout the contract term. The work is performed at multiple City health‑department clinics and water‑treatment facilities throughout Cincinnati, Ohio, and includes compliance with living‑wage, M/WBE, background‑check, and HIPAA requirements.
• Provides hourly‑based temporary personnel for medical laboratory, pharmacy, and water‑treatment roles (estimated 1,500–4,000 hrs per year per skill set).
• Contract term: 12‑month base period with up‑to‑two optional 12‑month renewals; minimum task‑order length 3 months (680 hrs).
• Vendor must meet a 2 % MBE participation goal, adhere to Cincinnati living‑wage rates, and submit all required certifications and insurance.
