Description
The City of Dayton is re‑bidding the Phase 4 replacement of three passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) on Concourse A of the Dayton International Airport terminal. The scope includes demolition of existing bridges, foundation and pedestal work, installation of new bridge structures, ancillary equipment (GPU’s, air‑management systems), and new pavement markings. All work must comply with airport safety and operational requirements and be completed by the estimated completion date of July 2 2027.
• Removal and disposal of three existing gate passenger boarding bridges.
• New foundation, pedestal, and walkway supports for each bridge.
• Installation of three new boarding bridges with associated equipment (GPU, air‑management, etc.) and updated gate pavement markings.
• Coordination with airport operations to minimize disruption; virtual pre‑bid meeting on May 26 2026.
• All bids submitted electronically via QuestCDN vBid; plan‑holder registration required.
