Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing an Endo Suite Simulator and components that meet specific salient characteristic requirements. The simulator must have features such as interchangeable cartridges, a touchscreen with FHD resolution, power foot switch, and various modules for endoscopic procedures. The VA also requires installation, onsite setup, calibration, training, and trade-in credit for the current equipment. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information about potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339112.
Some key features and requirements include:
• Interchangeable cartridge for inserting scopes
• At least a 27” touchscreen with FHD resolution and wireless keyboard and mouse
• Power foot switch with foot switch connector and USB outlet on the back panel
• GI scope hangers with clips to hang the scope insertion
• Triple foot switch to utilize in the modules for actions
• Colonoscope (forward viewing endoscope)/Duodenoscope (side viewing scope)
• Master tool and additional red/blue wires used for endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography (ERCP) modules
