NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE LABWORKS, LLC

The Collier County Procurement Services Division intends to designate a single source for the LABWORKS Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software used within the Collier County Water, Wastewater and Pollution Control Laboratories. The single source will provide support or upgrades for the LIMS software, including software updates, upgrade kit, license and subscriptions, installation, setup, documentation updates, 800 support number, telephone help desk, email support, remote sessions, and access to training tools. • The single source is Labworks, LLC. • The contract period is from 03/01/2026 to 02/28/2031. • Respondents who disagree with the proposed single source designation must submit a written explanation and documentation showing that there are other qualified sources for the identified services. • All responses will be reviewed by the Procurement Services Division and the Division requesting the product or service.
