Two Trailer Mounted Full Matrix LED Message Boards bid

The City of Holland is seeking bids for two trailer-mounted full matrix LED message boards to be used by the Transportation Department. The message boards should have a minimum board size of 54’ x 92” and include features such as ultra-bright LED display, fully adjustable pintle hitch, and electric powered lift system. The bid should include the cost of a State of Michigan Title or a manufacturer's Certificate of Origin for any vehicle or equipment furnished and/or supplied under this bid request. • The message boards should have a solar panel bank with a minimum of 250 watts output power. • The battery supply should have a minimum of 4 standard lead acid 6-volt 800 AH enclosed in a tamperproof/weatherproof lockable box. • The full-color touch screen main controller, GPS, and cell modem should be in a lockable weatherproof box. • The unit should be able to easily add a radar speed monitor and traffic data collector package system if the City of Holland chooses to add in the future.
