Description
The State of Missouri, on behalf of the Department of Corrections‑ Missouri Vocational Enterprises, is seeking additional qualified vendors to supply a broad range of chemical products to the Eastern Reception & Diagnostic Correctional Center’s Chemical Factory. Vendors will be placed on a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) and will receive individual quote requests on an as‑needed basis; awards will be made to the “lowest and best” bidder after considering price, Buy‑American preference, and any applicable socio‑economic bonuses. The contract runs from award (expected shortly after the September 18, 2026 deadline) through March 9, 2027, with the possibility of future solicitations for additional vendors.
• Supply of assorted chemical products (no specific quantities guaranteed)
• Delivery FOB destination to 2727 Highway K, Bonne Terre, MO 63628
• Vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS (Prospective/Spend Authorized) and achieve “Approved” status
• Compliance with Buy‑American Act (10 % preference for U.S.–made products) and several socio‑economic certifications (SDVOSB, blind/handicapped, etc.)
• Quote responses must remain valid for 90 days; pricing must include all freight and shipping
• Mandatory vendor exhibits include tax compliance, business registration, anti‑boycott certification, and conflict‑of‑interest disclosures.
