Description
• Monthly preventive maintenance (minimum 1 hour) covering mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
• Semi‑annual fire‑service and seismic device testing; annual safety‑device load testing and permit installation.
• 30‑minute response for passenger‑trapped incidents and 2‑hour response for miscellaneous service calls.
• All labor, tools, parts, insurance, and licensing provided by the contractor.
• Contractor must be a California‑licensed C‑11 elevator contractor and a registered public‑works contractor.
