Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking qualified small‑business contractors to replace four heating and cooling pumps, associated motors, and five variable‑frequency drives at the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center in Casper, WY, and to integrate the new equipment with the Johnson Controls Metasys building‑automation system. The work includes removal, disposal, installation, system programming, testing‑and‑balancing certification, and delivery of O&M documentation. The contract is set‑aside for 100 % small businesses and will be performed over a 210‑day period.
• Remove and replace four pump‑motor assemblies (two hot‑water, two chiller) and install five VFDs.
• Re‑program and integrate all new hardware with the Metasys BAS, and complete third‑party Testing & Balancing.
• Provide full documentation (cut‑sheets, O&M manuals, safety and fire plans, video training) and adhere to applicable NFPA, IMC, IPC, and OSHA codes.
