The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, is seeking to award a sole source contract to The Gordian Group Inc. DBA RS Means Company LLC for an annual subscription to RS Means Online. The subscription will provide online access to RS Means Cost Estimating Software, support for 5 user accounts, and online access to the full RS Means library. The period of performance is from April 27, 2026, to April 26, 2027.
