Engineering Services for 2026 Community Development Block Grant Public Facilities Project

The City of Grenada, Mississippi, is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for engineering services related to its proposed 2026 Community Development Block Grant Public Facilities Project application. The scope of work includes preparation of preliminary cost estimates, plans and specifications, evaluation of bids, contract preparation, and construction inspection. The city encourages minority-owned business enterprises, woman-owned business enterprises, and Section 3 eligible businesses to submit proposals.
